Qualification Required:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Experience:15-20 years of experience in Infrastructure / EPC / Building Construction sector Location:Delhi Regional Office Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Chief Operating Officer (Projects), responsible for end-to-end project execution along with full P&L ownership of the project portfolio. Job Responsibilities Own and drive P&L for the project portfolio, ensuring profitability and cash flow management. Lead execution of all construction/EPC projects across locations. Establish robust project planning, scheduling, and monitoring systems. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards. Drive cost optimization, margin improvement, and financial discipline across projects. Implement strong project control systems (cost, risk, and progress monitoring). Build and lead high-performing project teams across sites. Manage client relationships, contract administration, and commercial negotiations. Strengthen MIS, reporting, and review mechanisms for informed decision-making. Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and contractual requirements. Identify business risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies. Support business growth through execution capability and operational scalability. Desired Experience Proven track record with reputed organizations. Demonstrated experience in handling large-scale projects with P&L responsibility. Strong expertise in project execution, contracts, cost control, and financial management. Proven leadership experience managing multi-location project teams.
