Job description A Deputy General Manager (DGM) of HR at VFORM Tecnopacks (a leading caps and closures manufacturer) drives both corporate human resources strategy and plant-level operations. Key responsibilities span organizational development, industrial relations, statutory compliance, talent acquisition, and performance management across all manufacturing sites and the head office. Key Responsibilities Policy & Governance: Standardize HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and payroll systems across corporate and multiple plant locations. Industrial Relations & Compliance: Oversee labor relations, ensure strict adherence to statutory compliances, and manage grievance resolutions. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Drive end-to-end recruitment for corporate and plant functions, optimize onboarding, and manage workforce planning. Performance & Training: Roll out Performance Management Systems (PMS) and conduct employee development and safety training programs. HR Digitization: Spearhead the automation of HR processes using HRMS tools. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Masters degree in Human Resources (MBA-HR) or a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations. Experience: Typically 12–15+ years of progressive HR experience, heavily weighted toward the manufacturing or industrial sector.
