Job description Role Overview Proactive and detail-oriented Risk Manager with expertise in RMS operations, real-time risk monitoring, client exposure management, margin compliance, and trading operations across Equity, Derivatives, Commodity, and Currency segments. Key Responsibilities Monitor RMS activities across Equity, Derivatives, Commodity, and Currency segments. Manage trading platforms such as ODIN, Greek, XTS, Algo, and NEAT. Execute and verify daily BOD/EOD processes, including limit setup and holdings uploads. Activate/deactivate trading terminals and client IDs as required. Monitor ASM, GSM, illiquid securities, and implement necessary trading restrictions. Enforce RMS controls such as debit T+7 blocking, far-month contract blocking, and illiquid scrip blocking. Track MTM alerts, client positions, and initiate square-offs when risk limits are breached. Ensure timely intraday square-offs through RMS controls. Coordinate collateral transfers to avoid margin shortfalls. Manage client exposure limits, fund allocation, segregation, and margin reporting. Resolve daily RMS and operational issues while driving process improvements and automation initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of Equity, Derivatives, Commodity, and Currency market operations. Experience in real-time risk monitoring, margin management, and exposure control. Hands-on knowledge of ODIN, OMNESYS, NEAT, XTS, or similar trading/risk platforms. Familiarity with exchange risk frameworks, surveillance systems, and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced trading environment. Preferred Experience Experience in brokerage, stock broking, or capital market RMS operations. Exposure to automation tools and process optimization initiatives is an advantage.
