Job description Roles and Responsibilities : Manage civil litigations related to real estate transactions, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing financial losses. Provide expert advice on contract law, service tax, value added tax (VAT), and other indirect taxes to clients in the real estate industry. Oversee the preparation of legal documents such as deeds, agreements, and contracts for property purchases, sales, leases, and mortgages. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Job Requirements : 6-18 years of experience in commercial laws, civil litigation, contract law, indirect taxation (Service Tax & VAT). Strong knowledge of Indian Contract Act 1972 and other relevant statutes governing real estate transactions. Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex legal issues affecting real estate sector.
