Job description Role & responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment lifecyclefrom posting job descriptions and screening candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, and leading new-hire orientations. Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for staff inquiries, mediate workplace conflicts, address grievances, and guide managers through disciplinary actions. Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure company policies adhere to local, state, and federal labor laws. Maintain accurate personnel files and handle documentation securely. Compensation & Benefits: Assist with payroll processing, administer health and retirement benefits, and act as a liaison between employees and benefit providers. Performance & Training: Assist in administering performance review cycles, track development goals, and coordinate employee training initiatives. HRIS Management: Utilize Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to track headcount, turnover rates, and other people analytics to guide business decisions. Preferred candidate profile Male Candidates Proven experience in human resources with 2-5 years of experience. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Experience with HR software and systems.
