Job description Overseeing or executing daily operations in Bleaching, Dyeing, Printing, or Finishing departments. Ensuring fabric/yarn processing meets quality standards, color matching specifications, and production timelines. Monitoring chemical dosages, machine parameters, and processing temperatures. Troubleshooting processing defects and minimizing wastage. Maintaining strict adherence to safety and environmental guidelines on the shop floor. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Degree or Diploma in Textile Chemistry, Textile Processing, Textile Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if you have strong practical experience). Experience: 1 - 3 years of proven experience in a textile processing unit.
