Job description Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: * Execution and supervision of electrical works for township/residential/commercial projects. * Planning, monitoring, and coordination of electrical installations including HT/LT systems, substations, transformers, DG sets, street lighting, and utility services. * Reviewing drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. * Coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. * Ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines. * Monitoring project progress, billing, and material management. Preferred candidate profile Desired Profile: * B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. * Experience in real estate, township, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. * Good knowledge of HT/LT systems, electrical distribution networks, and project execution. * Strong coordination and team management skills.
