Role & responsibilities Work directly with business users to identify automation opportunities. Convert business requirements into working AI solutions. Build POCs and production-ready solutions. Maintain pipeline of AI opportunities. Measure adoption and business benefits. Agentic AI Development Design multi-step AI agents. Workflow automation agents. Document processing agents. Knowledge assistants. Sales and supply chain agents. AI Adoption & Training Drive AI adoption across departments. Conduct training sessions and workshops. Guide teams on prompt engineering and AI usage. Mandatory Skills Strong experience in GPT models, Claude, Gemini Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings Vector Databases LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen Technical Skills The candidate should have working experience on following technologies Python, SQL, APIs, JSON Azure AI / OpenAI / Claude ai / Gemini ai Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate Python SQL APIs JSON Azure AI / Open AI Microsoft Copilot Studio Power Automate Enterprise Systems Knowledge Basic Understanding of SAP ERP System and processes. Basic Understanding on Master data and workflows Basic Knowledge of Enterprise data security Preferred candidate profile Minimum 4 to 7 Years Including 2-3 Years of AI /Gen AI Related Work Experience. Educational Qualifications Bachelors degree in IT or related discipline Certifications on AI Courses will be added Advantages.
