Job description About the role The Governance Lifecycle Management Specialist is responsible for the end to end lifecycle governance of all IT, OT and IoT Written Standards hosted in the ITMS (Veeva) platform. The role ensures standards are accurately maintained, up to date, accessible, and governed in alignment with Haleon's compliance requirements, technology risk strategy, and operational governance expectations. This position supports the Standards Control Framework Development Lead by operating the workflows associated with document lifecycle management, ensuring correct metadata, ownership, review cycles, version control, and automated governance triggers. The Specialist also coordinates with SMEs across technology, security, quality, and risk teams to maintain compliance and alignment.
