Job description Design and draft Plumbing & Fire fighting systems for office, hospital, hotel, and other commercial buildings. Prepare water supply, drainage, and fire fighting schematic drawings using Auto CAD. Develop sprinkler system designs and drafts using Revit MEP. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of MEP services. Conduct site surveys before preparing shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance. Study BOQ and tender specifications to prepare shop drawings that meet client requirements. Job Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of experience in designing and drafting Plumbing & Fire fighting systems. Proficiency in Auto CAD (version 2018 and above) and MS Office. Experience in plumbing and fire fighting system modeling using Revit MEP. Knowledge of water supply, drainage, and fire fighting pipe sizing. Familiarity with standards or guidelines such as NFPA, NBC, etc. Understanding of SAP is an additional advantage. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
