Job description Design and draft plumbing and fire fighting systems for various projects. Prepare schematic drawings for water supply, drainage, and fire fighting systems. Develop sprinkler system designs and perform pipe sizing calculations. Coordinate with the MEP services team to prepare layout drawings in Revit MEP. Conduct site surveys before preparing shop drawings to ensure accuracy. Study BOQs and tender specifications to prepare shop drawings that meet requirements. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in Plumbing & Fire fighting system design and drafting. Proficiency in Revit MEP (2018 and above) and Auto CAD (2018 and above). Experience in plumbing and fire fighting system modeling using Revit MEP. Knowledge of water supply, drainage, and fire fighting pipe sizing. Familiarity with standards such as NFPA and NBC. Working knowledge of MEP services coordination layout preparation in Revit MEP. Experience in sprinkler system design and drafting. Knowledge of pump head calculations is an added advantage.
