Job description Design and develop mechanical systems, including plumbing, fire fighting, and water supply. Create schematic drawings and models using Revit MEP. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution. Conduct site surveys and prepare shop drawings based on BOQ and tender specifications. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including reports and presentations. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as NFPA and NBC. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in Plumbing & Fire fighting system design and drafting. Proficiency in Revit MEP, Auto CAD, and MS Office. Knowledge of water supply, drainage, and fire fighting schematic drawings preparation. Experience in sprinkler system design and drafting. Familiarity with MEP services coordination layout preparation in Revit MEP. Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices. A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required. Software knowledge in Revit MEP (version 2018 and above) and Auto CAD (version 2018 and above). Knowledge of Pipe Sizer and MS Office. Eligibilities: Minimum 2 Years of working experience in Plumbing & Fire fighting system modeling using Revit MEP. Working knowledge of MEP services coordination layout preparation in Revit MEP. Experience in sprinkler system design and drafting. Knowledge of water supply, drainage & fire fighting pipe sizing. Knowledge in studying the BOQ and Tender specifications before preparation of the shop drawings. Knowledge in usage of Standards or Guide lines such as NFPA, NBC etc. Knowledge of Pump Head calculation will be an additional advantage. Knowledge of SAP will be an additional advantage.
