Job description Design, develop, and implement mechanical engineering projects using Revit MEP and Auto CAD. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify defects, and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Prepare and submit reports on project status, including cost estimates and material requirements. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues. Inspect piping systems to identify and correct defects, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering (3-year). Proficiency in Revit MEP, Auto CAD, and MS Office. Experience in plumbing and fire fighting system modeling using Revit MEP in commercial buildings. Knowledge of water supply, drainage, and fire fighting pipe sizing. Familiarity with MEP services coordination layout preparation in Revit MEP. Strong understanding of construction progress, safety regulations, and budget constraints. Ability to estimate material and labor costs for projects. Knowledge of Standards or guidelines such as NFPA, NBC, etc. Knowledge of SAP is an additional advantage. Knowledge of Pump Head calculation is an additional advantage.
