Job description Utilize SOLIDWORKS, AUTOCAD design tool, and FUSION 360 to develop 3D models and 2D drawings for customer system release. Conduct technical and feasibility studies, participate in scheduled customer and internal meetings, and support program management in technical, product design, and product timings reviews. Develop and review new technical solutions for customers, analyze customer claims, and participate in FMEA. Prepare BOM and BOIs, select suitable components as per technical specifications, and support rapid prototyping. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians. Job Requirements Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, and Robotics. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product design and development. Proficient in SOLIDWORKS and familiar with manufacturing processes and knowledge. Ability to thrive in an across-functional and cross-cultural work environment. Strong team working and multitasking skills, along with good written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with FEA skills, machining, and assembly is desirable.
