Job description Design and draft plumbing and firefighting systems for office, hospital, hotel, and other commercial buildings. Prepare water supply, drainage, and fire fighting schematic drawings using Revit MEP. Develop sprinkler system designs and drafts using Auto CAD. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of MEP services. Conduct site surveys before preparing shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance. Study BOQ and tender specifications to prepare shop drawings that meet requirements. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of working experience in Plumbing & Firefighting system design and drafting. Minimum 2 years of working experience in Plumbing & Firefighting system modeling using Revit MEP. Knowledge of water supply, drainage, and fire fighting pipe sizing. Experience in MEP services coordination layout preparation in Revit MEP. Working knowledge of standards or guidelines such as NFPA, NBC, etc. Knowledge of SAP is an additional advantage. Knowledge of pump head calculation is an additional advantage. A Mechanical Engineering Graduation or Diploma (3 year) is required. Proficiency in software including Revit MEP (version 2018 and above), Auto CAD (version 2018 and above), and MS Office. Familiarity with Pipe Sizer is preferred.
