Job description Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams for smooth project execution. Prepare JMS/MIR and ensure compliance with approved BOQ & TDS. Plan jobs, schedule, and execute to meet client deadlines. Maintain records and document work status as per client requirements. Review and assist in preparing CMS, CRA, JHA, and MIR as per Approved BOQ & TDS. Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, and engineering departments regarding technical issues. Monitor job progress and ensure work targets are met. Fabricate and erect according to drawings, plan scope work according to schedules, collect all necessary drawings for monitoring, arrange materials and check quantities as per approved drawings, collect and check test certificates, and communicate effectively with the team and subcontractors. Take quick actions on work disturbances and resolve issues to achieve targets. Job Requirements Diploma in Mechanical or ITI. 4-8 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and material requirements. Excellent planning and scheduling skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, sub-contractors, and engineering departments. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience in estimation and calculation of material requirements. Knowledge of reviewing and assisting in preparing CMS, CRA, JHA, and MIR as per Approved BOQ & TDS. Familiarity with fabrication and erection according to drawings.
