Job description Conduct comprehensive data gathering for APM and TPM, ensuring accurate representation of systems, dependencies, and relationships. Partner with business and technical teams to identify, document, and validate application portfolios, integrations, and data flows. Develop data flow diagrams (DFDs), integration maps, and process workflows to visualize system interactions, dependencies, and data exchanges. Assess existing applications, integrations, and technology platforms, identifying gaps, redundancies, and optimization opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document functional and technical requirements related to data management, integrations, and application rationalization. Identify and mitigate risks related to data inconsistencies, integration challenges, and compliance requirements. Job Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, data collection, and rationalization, with expertise in enterprise architecture and IT portfolio management. Strong understanding of IT governance, compliance, and risk management best practices, including ITSM, ITIL, Software Asset Management, and COBIT frameworks. Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience collaborating in cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with fluency in English. Hands-on experience with enterprise modeling, system integration, and data visualization tools, including Diagrams.net, Lucidchart, Archi, Figma, Visio, PlantUML, Mermaid Charts, Freeplane, Xmind, MindJet MindManager, Atlassian Confluence, or similar tools. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
