Job description Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) in the Quality Control department as per SOP Maintain proper documentation practices as per SOPs and guidelines Operate and calibrate instruments/equipment as per schedule, including HPLC, UV, IR, pH/Conductivity meter, Dissolution tester, Hardness tester, DT, Friability tester, BDTD, and Analytical Balance Perform analysis of Analytical Validation samples, Analytical Verification, Method Transfer samples, Finished Products, Stability samples, Process Validation samples, Raw Materials, Packing Materials, and other assigned samples Prepare SOPs, Protocols/Reports, STPs, Specifications, and other QC documentation Initiate and handle laboratory incidents, OOT (Out of Trend), and OOS (Out of Specification) observed during analysis Conduct analysis of in-process and intermediate samples Prepare and standardize volumetric solutions, reagents, and indicators Maintain records of working standards, reference standards, primary standards, and columns as per SOP and pharmacopeia requirements Handle destruction of validation samples, finished products, stability samples, raw materials, packing materials, and other allocated samples as per procedure Ensure compliance with cGMP/GLP requirements in the Quality Control department Follow safety practices, hygiene, and good housekeeping in the laboratory, including proper use of PPEs Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
