Job description KPI Partners is seeking a skilled and dedicated Snowflake Administrator to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Snowflake environment on AWS This position requires a deep understanding of Snowflake architecture and best practices, as well as experience with AWS services - Manage and administer Snowflake instances, ensuring optimal performance and security - Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to optimize data storage and query performance - Monitor and troubleshoot Snowflake performance issues and provide timely resolution - Implement data governance policies and manage user access and roles within Snowflake - Optimize costs by monitoring data usage and providing recommendations for management - Stay updated on Snowflake and AWS features, enhancements, and best practices - Create and manage documentation related to Snowflake processes, configurations, and user guides - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data integration and ETL processes - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Proven experience as a Snowflake Administrator or in a similar role - Strong understanding of Snowflake architecture and data warehousing concepts - Proficiency in AWS services such as S3, EC2, and IAM - Experience with SQL and data modeling techniques - Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills - Strong communication and collaboration abilities - Relevant certifications in Snowflake or AWS are a plus Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
