Description Key Responsibilities Assist in collecting, organizing and inputting data into the database and systems accurately and efficiently Support the team in transferring data effectively to an archive system without errors and inconsistencies Support the team in updating databases, ensuring data integrity and avoiding duplication Support the team in implementing the ERP software and identify and report the HOD any errors or challenges in the software Assist the HOD in training and educating the workers about the ERP software, its uses and benefits Regularly monitor the progress and accuracy of the ERP software and report to the team about the same Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and optimization based on data analysis and insights Key Deliverables 1 Submit an internship report at the end of the Internship tenure, clearly reflecting on the learnings 2 Execute the adoption of ERP software in all the employees of Duro Green with the help of the HR executive, Sales Executive and Software developer 3 Execute the transfer of data, sorting of existing data and updating the database in relevant data management platforms Benefits 1 Hands-on experience in data management and analysis within a real-world business environment 2 Opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in data science and analytics 3 Valuable insights into data-driven decision-making processes 4 Potential for career growth and development opportunities within the company Required Qualifications- Should be student enrolled in either bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, data analysis, data science, mathematics business management, entrepreneurship or any other relevant field Should have a passion to learn, grow and develop Any prior knowledge and experience of data management platforms and ERP software is an asset but not a requirement Should be able to work in teams, embrace interpersonal skills and must be self- motivated to fulfill the roles and responsibilities of the job Duration The internship is for 3 months and extendable up to 6 months Based on the performance and enthusiasm, selected interns will then be encouraged to apply for employment at Duro Green or will be able to continue to work on part-time basis along with studies Any expenses occurred as part of work will be reimbursed Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
