Key responsibilities of the team involves managing all openSoWs on the platform, revenue recognition for each SoW on monthly basis,bridging the sales hiring pipeline via tool capabilities, liaising withthe program management teams to ensure integrity of information on the tool,helping the practice leads leverage the features of the tool to improve teamutilization chargeability, governance of resource planning across allteams et al. Job Description This role involves trackingand managing resource allocation across projects, monitoring utilization, andsupporting capacity planning activities. The analyst will work closely withProject Managers to ensure resources are effectively deployed and allocationdata is accurate and up to date. Responsibilities Trackand maintain resource allocation data across projects. Monitorutilization levels and highlight over/under allocation risks. Supportcapacity planning and demand forecasting activities. Coordinatewith Project Managers for resource requests and changes. Ensurereal-time updates of allocation percentages and availability. Identifypotential bench or burnout risks and flag early. Generateweekly/monthly reports on utilization and allocation trends. Maintaindata accuracy in tools like Excel / workforce management systems. Desired Skills 1. Must exhibit excellentverbal and written communication skills 2. Must be very planned andorganized. 3. Ability to collaborate withvarious teams effortlessly. 4. Proven proficiency in MSExcel is a must. 5. Any PSA tool experience isa plus. Desiredqualifications 1.
