Production Supervisor

Job description Role & responsibilities Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities. Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining quality standards. Monitor production performance, efficiency, and resource utilization. Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams. Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste. Manage manpower allocation, shift planning, and workforce productivity. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies. Analyze production data and prepare performance reports. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods. Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues. Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff and supervisors. Drive cost-control initiatives and operational excellence programs. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. 510+ years of experience in manufacturing or production operations. Experience managing production teams and achieving production targets. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and lean principles. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
