Job description Role & responsibilities Supervise die casting production activities according to the production schedule. Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets. Coordinate with planning, maintenance, quality, and tool room teams. Monitor machine utilization and production output. Work closely with the quality team on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Support root cause analysis for quality issues. Assign work and monitor employee performance. Enforce workplace safety regulations and PPE usage. Minimize scrap and material wastage. Prepare production reports and shift reports.
