Production Supervisor

Job description 1) Need energetic and vibrant personnel for production supervisor roles in a mass manufacturing plant 2) Ensuring daily production targets and quality expectations are met 3) Review products, processes and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made 4) Knowledge of non-ferrous electrical components along with testing equipment like vernier and caliper preferable 5) Background in physics, chemistry, electrical engineering or QC more desirable 6) Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering preferable 7) Have good communication skills and able to work as a team 8) Ability to handle manpower 9) Desire and willingness to learn new skills 10) Must be able to work in shifts 11) Perform other duties as needed The plant is located in Howrah, West Bengal. Accommodation facility is available within the plant if needed.
