Job description Required Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in information technology, HR, Business, Science or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP Concur (Implementation and support) and SAP S/4 HANA Purchasing. Demonstrated experience with SAP Concur integration to S/4HANA Public Cloud, including middleware/i-Flow setup (SAP Cloud Integration / CPI). Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and fit-to-standard project delivery. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Certification on SAP Purchasing and SAP Concur. Experience with global rollouts and multi-country deployments. Exposure to Agile project methodologies (e.g., Scrum). K ey Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement SAP Concur travel and expense processes. Design, configure, and implement SAP Purchasing Solutions on SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud environment. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP Purchasing and Concur for multiple areas (e.g. purchasing, PO approvals, Invoice Approvals, Concur expenses, travel and integration of Concur with SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud) Provide expert-level support for SAP Concur (Travel and Expense), including setup, configurations, problem and incident management, and integration support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (global HR, Finance, Professional services, Customer Management and IT) to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Ensure end-to-end solution integrity and consistency in SAP Purchasing, SAP Concur and S/4HANA integration). Drive system enhancements, upgrades, and implementations. Provide support during UAT, training, and post-go-live stages. Create functional specifications for extensions, reports, and integrations as needed.
