Job description We are excited to announce that Big Bull E-Rickshaw is hiring a Production Manager for our EV Rickshaw manufacturing unit in Alampur. Key Responsibilities include: - Managing complete production operations of the EV Rickshaw manufacturing unit. - Planning and monitoring daily production targets to ensure timely achievement. - Supervising assembly line operations, manpower, and production activities. - Coordinating with Purchase, Store, Quality, and Dispatch departments for smooth operations. - Ensuring proper utilization of machinery, tools, and workforce. - Monitoring production quality standards and reducing defects/rework. - Implementing process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency. - Maintaining production reports, MIS, and daily operational records. - Ensuring workplace safety, discipline, and compliance with company policies. - Handling production planning, material requirements, and inventory coordination. - Training and guiding production staff for better performance and process adherence. - Troubleshooting production-related issues and minimizing downtime. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of Manufacturing & Production Operations. - Experience in the Automobile/EV/Engineering Industry preferred. - Good leadership and manpower handling skills. - Knowledge of assembly line management and production planning. - Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets. - Proficiency in MS Office and reporting. - Strong problem-solving and coordination skills. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Experience in EV Rickshaw manufacturing . - Ability to manage factory operations efficiently.
