Manage and supervise a team of approximately 100 personnel, ensuring effective task allocation. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance. Monitor production processes to maintain high-quality standards and implement quality control measures. Analyze production data to identify areas for scrap reduction and lead Kaizen initiatives. Optimize the use and maintenance of moulds to ensure production efficiency. Strategically allocate workforce based on production needs and workload. Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment, encouraging team engagement and innovation. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent diploma. Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical production processes. Proven track record of driving continuous improvement within production teams. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a large workforce. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Experience in manpower planning and handling. Knowledge of production (foaming) processes, machinery, and quality standards. Positive attitude and ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
