Job Requirements B.Tech (Mechanical) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in VC and CF manufacturing. Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and efficiency. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
