Job description About the Role We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Azure Project Success Specialist to join our growing cloud team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about cloud technologies and interested in customer-facing technical consulting roles. The candidate will support pre-sales engagements, solution design, cloud costing, proposal preparation, and customer discussions related to Microsoft Azure opportunities. The role also offers exposure to solution architecture, customer workshops, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept activities. Key Responsibilities Support pre-sales activities for Microsoft Azure solutions, including compute, storage, networking, identity, and security services. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and propose suitable Azure-based solutions. Prepare solution architectures, Bill of Materials (BoMs), sizing documents, and cost estimations. Participate in customer discussions, workshops, technical presentations, and requirement-gathering sessions. Assist in preparing technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documentation. Support demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and customer evaluations. Coordinate with internal delivery and cloud teams for technical validations and solution feasibility. Stay updated with Microsoft Azure services, licensing models, and cloud best practices. Required Skills Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Azure services. Understanding of cloud concepts including IaaS, PaaS, networking, identity management, and cloud security. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to prepare technical documentation and solution write-ups. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to learn and adapt to new cloud technologies. Good to Have Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-900, AZ-104, or AZ-305.AZ-400 Exposure to cloud migration or assessment projects. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Defender solutions. Understanding of hybrid cloud environments and virtualization concepts. Preferred Candidate Profile Strong interest in cloud technologies and customer engagement roles. Ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical, and delivery teams. Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
