Job description As the AGM of Fit-Out Projects, you will head end-to-end execution, driving premium interior fit-outs from shell handover all the way to final MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) validation and flawless delivery. What you will be doing: Strategic Leadership: Overseeing large-scale commercial/retail fit-out projects with strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and global quality standards. Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Onboarding and managing specialized contractors, consultants, and local vendor networks. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborating with design, procurement, and operations teams to bridge the gap between blueprint and reality. Compliance & Safety: Ensuring 100% compliance with safety protocols, local building codes, and environmental standards. What we are looking for: A strong background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management. Deep expertise in managing premium corporate, retail, or mall fit-out projects. Strong leadership, negotiation, and contract management skills. Familiarity with the Rajasthan/Jaipur vendor ecosystem is a huge plus.
