Job description Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Department: Facultative - Post Placements POSITION OVERVIEW This position of Reinsurance Operations will oversee all aspects of facultative reinsurance operations, including documentation management, premium remittance, and compliance with regulatory audits. This role involves liaising with direct reinsurers to confirm terms and conditions while ensuring adherence to IRDAI regulations and internal compliance standards ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handling FAC Reinsurance operations which includes; Keeping track of FAC RI documentation Timely premium remittance to FAC reinsurers Active involvement in seeking direct reinsurer confirmation on T&C and premium receipt, for intermediary driven cases. Handling audit requirements (Internal & regulators). Additional post placement activity in line with IRDAI regulation and internal compliance. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 5+ years of experience required in Reinsurance A bachelors or Masters Degree in Insurance or related field PREFERRED SKILLS: Strong skills in managing and organizing reinsurance documentation and records. Proficiency in financial management, including premium remittance and tracking. Ability to analyze data for reporting and performance tracking related to reinsurance operations.
