We are looking for an experienced HR Lead to strengthen our Recruitment and HR Operations functions and help us build a high-performance, employee-centric organization. Important Requirements - Candidates currently based in Pune will be given strong preference. If you are not based in Pune, kindly confirm that you can arrange to come for a final face to face interview. Prior experience working in a Data Annotation, Data Labeling, AI Training Data company is mandatory. This is a Work From Office role based in Kalyani Nagar, Pune. Preferred age group: 28 years and above. We need a matured calm and experienced person. Role Overview - This is a hands-on leadership role combining Recruitment, HR Generalist responsibilities, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting talent, retaining employees, improving workplace culture, driving employee motivation, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition * Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels. * Develop sourcing strategies for large-scale hiring requirements. * Build talent pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, institutes, and recruitment partners. * Conduct screening, interviews, assessments, and offer management. * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Employee Engagement & Retention * Design and implement employee engagement initiatives. * Conduct employee feedback sessions and pulse checks. * Drive employee motivation, recognition, and retention programs. * Work closely with leadership to improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture. * Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution professionally. HR Operations & Generalist Responsibilities * Manage on-boarding and induction programs. * Maintain employee records and HR documentation. * Support performance management processes. * Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations. * Assist management with organizational development initiatives. Payroll & Compensation Administration * Coordinate and oversee monthly payroll activities. * Verify attendance, leave records, incentives, and salary inputs. * Ensure timely and accurate salary processing. * Support compensation bench-marking and salary planning. * Work closely with Finance on payroll-related matters. Desired Candidate Profile * 7+ years of HR experience, with a strong mix of Recruitment and Generalist responsibilities. * Prior experience in Data Annotation, AI Training Data, BPO, KPO, Content Moderation, or similar people-intensive operations is mandatory. * Strong knowledge of payroll processing, compensation structures, attendance management, and HR operations. * Proven experience managing employee engagement and retention initiatives. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. * Strong personality with the ability to influence, motivate, and build relationships across all levels of the organization. * Mature, practical, and solution-oriented approach to HR management. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
