Job description ABOUT THE ROLE A strategic and hands-on Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition who owns the full recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT hiring across functions — building sourcing strategies, partnering with business heads, and driving quality hiring outcomes through data and process rigor. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TA Strategy & Execution Own end-to-end TA lifecycle Lead intake sessions with hiring managers to define roles & closure timelines Design multi-channel sourcing strategies — portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, campuses Drive closures within TAT/SLA benchmarks; maintain pipelines for critical roles Candidate Experience & Offers Oversee full interview cycle — scheduling, feedback, timely communication Maintain proactive candidate engagement to minimise drop-offs Lead offer negotiations within approved bands and market benchmarks Ensure seamless handover for pre-joining engagement & Day 1 readiness Stakeholder Management Share weekly hiring dashboards — pipeline, funnel metrics, risks & actions Provide market intelligence to support workforce planning decisions Team Leadership & Governance Mentor and guide TA Specialists for consistent cross-portfolio delivery Enforce standardised hiring processes, documentation & feedback frameworks Maintain ATS hygiene; generate leadership-level hiring analytics Employer Branding Strengthen Recykal's employer brand on campuses, platforms & communities Pilot new sourcing tools, assessments & structured interview frameworks ROLE REQUIREMENTS Education & Experience MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred 4-7 years of progressive TA experience with strong end to end recruitment Demonstrated cross-functional hiring with multiple senior stakeholders Proven track record in high-volume, niche & leadership-level roles Technical & Functional Skills Deep expertise across the full TA lifecycle — manpower planning to onboarding handover Proficiency in ATS platforms Advanced sourcing on Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean/X-Ray Ability to build hiring dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or HRIS tools Soft Skills & Competencies Strong executive presence and communication skills Exceptional stakeholder management — influence, align, push back constructively Sharp negotiation skills for offer management and counter-offer handling High ownership, bias for action, and collaborative leadership style Comfort managing ambiguity, competing priorities & high-volume open roles WHAT MAKES A GREAT FIT Reduces time-to-fill at scale while maintaining quality and cultural fit Independently owns high-volume, niche & senior hiring mandates Data-driven TA leader who translates metrics into process improvements Equal parts operator and strategist — leads team while staying close to critical hires KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS KPI- Description Time-to-Fill (TAT) - Role closures within agreed SLA Offer Acceptance Rate- Offers accepted vs. offers made Quality of Hire-Performance & retention of placed candidates Pipeline Health-Active candidates per stage across portfolio Team Productivity- Recruiter-level closures & SLA adherence Role: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Other Industry Type: Internet Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Education UG: Graduation Not Required Key Skills Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills Niche Hiring Sales HiringNon IT RecruitmentLateral Hiring
