Maintain record of the composition of the EACs, SEACs and SEIAAs Record for Environmental Clearance letters, CTE, CTO and other permissions Record of Public Hearing Notices and its proceedings, Video and Photographs. Daily tracking websites of MoEF&CC (Parivesh portal) and SEACs/ SEIAAs to maintain record of Meetings Agenda and MoMs Follow-ups and status from the regional co-coordinators for all given tasks and ensure that all tasks are done well in time. Record of Acknowledgement copy for submissions of all kind of documents, Agenda, MoMs and Query letters Liasioning for various functions like public hearings, conferences, meeting with government officials Circulation of the technical documents to the Committees/ Authorities as required by the EACs/ SEACs/ SEIAAs Provide assistance to the Technical Department by arranging Toposheets, reference materials and other relevant information from the Govt. Dept. Expedition of files in various Govt. offices for completion of the required documents and the award of the requisite Clearances Daily reporting of follow-ups status Any other tasks/ assignments given by the department head.
