Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated IC Incharge to join our Operations team . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing facility safety compliance, optimizing manpower productivity, and ensuring operational excellence across all inventory and service processes . You will lead a dedicated team of professionals focused on maintaining high standards of asset management and service delivery within our facilities . What You ll Do In this role, you will: Manage Operational Performance: Drive excellence in facility operations by ensuring all activities follow standard operating procedures, maintaining a Turnaround Time of over 95% for retrievals and 98% for refilling tasks . Lead Team and Process Optimization: Collaborate with payroll and contract team members to perform load balancing and activity allocation, while conducting regular training sessions to enhance vendor productivity and reduce exceptions . Ensure Safety and Facility Compliance: Guarantee 100% participation in safety committees and oversee the maintenance of facility assets, including the processing of vendor invoices and the upkeep of safety signage and compliance checklists . What You ll Bring The ideal candidate will have: Proven Experience in Operations Management: Significant experience in managing facility operations, inventory control, or logistics environments . Strong Knowledge of Safety and Compliance: Expertise in coordinating safety committees, reporting incidents through hazard portals, and managing facility maintenance through rigorous audit checklists . Ability in Manpower Planning and Resource Optimization: Demonstrated skill in load balancing, team engagement, and grooming vendor staff to achieve optimum productivity . Exceptional Organizational and Reporting Skills: Proficiency in maintaining accurate invoice trackers, stock registers, and training reports to ensure seamless facility administration .
