Job description Job Description 1. Sharing daily vehicle trip plan & customer requirement. 2. Need to cross check daily trips with customer trip sheet/Security register. 3. Need to submit bill before 5th of every month and confirm. 4. Weekly Meeting with Vendor and understand the discrepancies and share the report across 5. Daily follow-up for vehicle placement & on time delivery. 6. Vendor Sourcing. 7. Cross check vendor bill and send it to RO before 5th of every month. 8. Daily keep track of vendor MIS 9. Share MIS on daily basis every morning 10. Share vendor performance report (on time vehicle placement / on time delivery etc.) 11. Daily vehicle tracking and update to customer time to time. 12. Need to do vehicle inspection twice in month and share the report. 13. Give daily training to driver. 14. Trip tracking 15. Requested vehicle Vs actual placement. 16. Keep track of how many times vehicle getting breakdown and reason. 17. PUC, Insurance, RC book, driver name and license, road permit, last servicing date, GPS working, last fitness date, safety shoes, uniform etc) Preferred candidate profile : Candidates should be from Strong Transportation background, with experience in 3PL logistics, and supply chain .
