What You Will Bring to The Table Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience. 6 10 years of hands-on experience, working in the capacity of a SME and/or Escalation Engineer in endpoint management, MDM administration (JAMF PRO and/or Intune), and enterprise IT infrastructure. Essential / Core Skills Advanced expertise in JAMF Pro administration and macOS lifecycle management Hands-on experience in Intune Administration and Windows lifecycle management. Strong troubleshooting skills across device enrollment, policy conflicts, deployment failures, patching failures, and compliance reporting issues Experience with patch management frameworks, vulnerability remediation, and compliance tracking Strong understanding of endpoint security posture and lifecycle hygiene Supplemental / Good-to-Have Skills Experience with scripting and automation (Bash, Python, PowerShell) Familiarity with API-driven integrations across endpoint management platforms Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
